Right of withdrawal and refund
You have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions:
- If you cancel within 14 days after the order has been placed, the entire amount will be refunded, however an administration fee of DKK 300 will be deducted.
Otherwise, the following applies.
- If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will be refunded the entire amount with the exception of an administration fee of 25 % of the amount paid
- If you cancel less than 30 days and more than 14 days before arrival, you can get half of the amount refunded.
- If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, you will lose the entire amount paid.
