Do you dream of camping but prefer a little more comfort than a tent? Then our cabins are an obvious solution. We often find that guests are looking for camping cabins on Funen with dogs, and we allow dogs in our cabins. This gives you the freedom of not having to worry about looking after your dog at home, but instead enjoying your vacation days together.
We have different types of cabins, so there’s something for every taste and need:

With only 75 meters to the North Beach, known for its fine sand and child-friendly water, the morning breeze is a real pleasure. Here you can enjoy the sunrise over the Great Belt while your dog sniffs the shore and feels the sand under its paws.
The area around the campsite and Hindsholm offers unique nature. A walk into Kerteminde town itself doesn’t take long, as it’s only 1.5 kilometers to the center. Here you can stroll through the cozy streets, look at boats in the harbor or enjoy an ice cream with your dog along for the ride. Kerteminde is a vibrant city with lots of atmosphere and many places are used to tourists bringing their dogs.
Rules for dogs on site – For everyone’s well-being
To ensure that all our guests – both those with and without dogs – have a great experience, we have some simple rules of conduct. We pride ourselves on being a clean and tidy place, and luckily our guests help us maintain that.
When on the campsite itself, dogs must always be kept on a short leash. This creates a sense of security for everyone, especially for children and guests who may not be used to dogs. The actual walking of the dog must take place outside the campsite area. Luckily, we are surrounded by beautiful nature, so it’s easy to find good trails just outside the gate. Always remember to pick up after your dog – it’s good manners and keeps the area inviting for everyone.

Camping in your own caravan or tent
Are you more into classic camping in your own caravan, motorhome or tent? Then, of course, your dog is also very welcome. Many of our permanent residents and tourists enjoy camping because it’s so uncomplicated to bring pets along. There are often pleasant conversations over the hedge when the dogs greet each other, and socializing is a big part of the experience with us.
We offer facilities that make your stay easy and comfortable for both two-legged and four-legged guests, and we continuously work to ensure a good environment throughout the campsite. There is a small fee per night for bringing your dog when staying in your own caravan or tent. Current prices can always be found in our price list.
